Simple Sacred Moments

 

I caught myself smiling the other day and I was so pleased that I not only shared that smile I released it into the universe so that others could experience those simple sacred moments which a sincere smile blesses us with.

with clear compassion as my companion we live in pure harmony with my higher self and together we all seek to connect lovingly with every soul we meet on our way to our sacred destiny.

while I was taking steps forward I looked back and saw how far I had come, what I had been through and why I was worthy of all the love and joy that I have in my life at this moment.

I like to plant flowers in the universe which blossom into pure joy that shines on me a light of love that makes the world around me a personal private positive poetic and profound piece of heaven.

my son ran around in the lake water laughing and talking to the geese. my wife sat on a rock and watched with a smile on her soul the beauty of what she created. I got out of my head long enough to experience and appreciate the blessing that is my family. life is sweet when you truly take a taste.

I am authentically, uniquely, spiritually, unapologetically and happily me.

at the corner of soul and spirit there is a sign that says miracles at work and instead of walking around it I always stop and ask if I can help because we are all miracles ourselves and if we work together we can create an inspired life of love and happiness.

dreams and visions which embrace me with sacred self respect give my life a freedom that inspires me to celebrate mother earth and all creation.

the happier, healthier and more at peace we are the greater our ability to connect with spirit and change the world for the better.

the soul of peace and the spirit of tranquility fill me with thoughts of serenity that activate my natural goodness and open the gateway to my heart.

I was once given by spirit the gift of understanding which in turn gave me the ability to change my truth and evolve into wholeness and happiness.

I opened the door to universal life energy and found a haven of inspiration which gave me the courage to change my life for the better.

I was reading the book of me the other day when it dawned on me how much I had gone through in my life and how I consciously made the decision to change the negative realities that knocked me down into positive realities that lifted me up.

love and respect for ourselves and others creates an atmosphere of healing that nurtures, nourishes, empowers, uplifts and inspires.

with each breath we change. with each step we evolve. with each thought we transform. with each dream we ascend. we are sacred beings of light and love whose purpose in life is simply to allow ourselves the freedom to be who we truly are.

the more I enjoy and embrace the bliss of being the more miracles I invite into my life.

We All have a Divine Spark Within

 

we all have a divine spark within which reveals itself in those moments when our love is pure, positive, innocent, inspiring, transformational and transcendent.

I wake up each day with honesty, integrity, dignity, morality, positivity, sincerity, and divinity as my intentions and inspiration which feeds my hungry heart and expands my holistic horizons.

kind words and deeds create simple sincere moments that awaken the consciousness, accelerate transformation and activate your true sacred self.

embrace life with courage, compassion and confidence as you cultivate a deep respect for all that is sacred and the source of happiness within will emerge and empower your dreams and visions.

when I see the eyes of a child glowing with happiness I also see my reflection and my soul begins to smile which embraces and transforms me.

I heard stress and anxiety arguing with anguish the other day and I asked them if we couldnt all just get along. when they said no I said piss off and went on my way free of stress, anxiety and anguish. what a beautiful day it was.

in body and breath I seek to create peace in my life by opening my heart to others and my life to spirit.

to make a difference in the world we need to do more things that make a world of difference.

I like to explore esoteric depths because it is there that I sometimes discover higher experiences of love.

take charge of you life by honoring, appreciating, believing in and loving who you are.

do those things that bring out the best in you that others may see your true beauty and experience your divine blessings.

I was reaching beyond my limits when I asked myself why do you have so many limitations which inspired me to began to remove one by one self and society imposed obstacles to my growth and happiness. These days I am free man centered in spirit and immersed in love.

somewhere out towards the greater good is where I found a happy fulfilling life of deeper meaning which connected me in faith and friendship to earthly and angelic people and places.

positively shape every aspect of your day and you will experience greater levels of awareness that will awaken within you powers which will give you the strength and courage to live and love in ways that beautifully serve yourself and humanity.

with things starting to open up now its like getting out of prison, part of you wants to run around like a crazy person doing as much as you can and another part of you is wary of a world that has changed since you've been gone. I think that I will walk slowly into this new reality embracing simple pleasures in appreciation of the strength and courage that we have all shown through this. I will breathe the fresh air, walk barefoot on the earth and dance in the sunlight of peace and contentment.

we come alive in the moment and manifest profound happiness and healing when we express our true self in ways that open the heart and inspire the spirit.

What A Blessed Soul Am I

 

I feel my age a little more each day. the arthritis in my hands, the slowing of each step, the pain in my hips, the inability to sleep through the night ... I see the truth of what lies ahead. however it does not break my heart it instead lifts my spirit because it reminds me of how far I have come, how much I have overcome and what I have accomplished. I am slowing down but for me that means I can see more clearly those things which once would have passed me by. what a blessed soul am i.

when people throw their critical, judgemental, hateful garbage at me I use them as tools for transformational cleansing which instead of bringing me down in fact lift me up.

when I am bored I like to rebuild realities in ways that positively shape my destiny while blessing me with an empathic perspective.

one day I opened the gate to self awareness and I was introduced to the light of my true being which illuminated for me a path of positive consciousness, pure intention and prayerful ascension.

may yours be a journey of compassionate courage and inspiring imagination in which you understand your purpose as you live your truth in beneficial ways that are beautifully rooted in love.

my wife, son and I went for a calm peaceful walk yesterday morning when we say a deer stick his head out of a garden entrance and step out onto the sidewalk. he stopped and looked over at us and then slowly began to cross the road. he stopped again to look back at us and then continued. he was going in the same direction as us as we are heading back to our our car. we walked a few blocks watching him all the way. its moments like this that brighten ones spirit. something sacred was awakened within as we watched him joyfully make his way through the neighbourhood. what a beautiful way to start the day.

you are a positive source of inspiration who with a simple smile and kind gesture greet each day with love as your sacred intent.

calm and balanced I walk a path of positive purpose in which I elevate my well being by appreciating the blessings and miracles in my life.
