I Let My Inner Life Out To Play

 

life is a sacred song and love is a divine dance with both being blessings which when activated, liberated and celebrated make the world a better more beautiful place.

mine is a playful spirit that has matured to the point that I can manifest my visions for I am aware that they are also choices.

it is when I let my inner life out to play that the world around me becomes brighter, happier and more beautiful.

the realization that I have the life I have after having a life I didnt want for so many years is for me the inspiration that sustains me for I know that no matter the struggle I can and will get through it because I have before and the life I have to show for it is a blessing of great love and beauty.

I was out in the woods with simple kindness looking for the tree of life when I saw a vision of a beautiful woman who would one day be my wife. I smiled at the vision and she smiled back which filled my heart with glee and that was the moment that the forest became clearer and revealed for me the tree.

shine your light. your brightest light. your happiest light. your kindest light. your most compassionate light. your peaceful light. your positive light. your sacred light. your loving light. shine your light.

we make the world a better place by simply being better people.at the end of every year I set my goal for the new year and it is always the same - be better, do better, live better and love better which I have managed to do and I feel all the better for it.

I walked in the rain yesterday and saw in a puddle a reflection of myself that revealed the truth of who I am which is a being of light and love whose purpose is to positively impact the world one heart at a time.

messages from spirit whispered softly help me to awaken to a state of goodness, kindness, compassion and caring which liberate my life in loving ways.

close your eyes and open your heart with the knowledge that I am sending from my soul to yours hugs, happiness, joy and blessings.

we have managed to get through the past couple of years by filling our days with sweet, sincere and precious moments that gently guide us into the light.

in the coming year I will create changes in my life that are prayerful, purposeful, peaceful, positive and profound.

to those in need of love and light I am sending you just that with cosmic waves of positive energy emanating from my heart and soul.

on this day I shall rejoice in the light with the people I love and we will be what we have always been when we are together which is happy.

I shall make an effort in the coming year to enhance well being, move forward joyfully, embrace the sacred, honour mother earth, walk a path of imagination and inspiration, be an agent of change, create peace within, achieve harmony in life and love without limits.

I was awakened by my imagination who nurtured my spirit who nourished my soul who opened my heart who embraced my inner child who reminded me just how special and precious life can be.

an act of kindness is like water to a thirsty soul and I thank each and every beautiful being of light who has helped me to quench my thirst. bless you all.

abundant are the blessings I have received in my life and it is those blessings that have helped me to survive, thrive and feel alive with hope and happiness.

I am okay. I have my struggles but I persevere. I am okay. I have my mental health issues but I carry on. I am okay. I have my burdens but I keep going. I am okay. I have my reasons to give up but I keep trying. I am okay because I am more than my struggles, mental health issues and burdens. I am a good man, a good husband, a good father and a good friend with a good life. I am okay.

put yourself first today. take the time to show yourself the love you show others. spiritually support your dreams and visions. show yourself kindness and compassion. embrace optimism and self confidence. do things benefit you. put yourself first today.

make good choices as you water your garden with love and yours will be a well nourished life of divine sustenance where you align with the highest greatest good.

I once stopped walking toward the light and became the light which made it easier for me to see the blessings along my way to hope, healing, peace, calm, freedom and serenity.

sitting in the lap of buddha singing a sacred song is how I align heaven and earth with happiness and joy.

self healing forces of sacred sustenance and healing that make their home in the center of my heart are what have guided me through troubled times and brought me wisdom and wellbeing.

the wheel of life has a flat and I dont have a spare so I think I will just sit under the tree of life with my family and have a picnic.

I like to sit by the christmas tree and read a book as I look out the window and watch the children play.

I was reminded of where I had been which helped me to remember who I was which inspired me to become who I am.

I will this day embark on a spirit freeing journey of love in which I will make it my purpose to impact those I meet in pure positive peaceful ways that embrace the heart and soul.

embrace your destiny, live your destiny, be your destiny and love your destiny for destiny is a divine blessing of our own creation.

mystical is the path to the higher self and when we walk it with conscious compassion we manifest and create miracles.

kindle the light of love and your heart will open and you will see with greater clarity the sacred in all things as you blossom into being.

the wise waters of sacred mother earth whisper to me words of wisdom that beautifully connect me to the heart and soul of humanity.

when I let the love from within out it attracts happiness and harmony which join me on my sacred journey of faith and freedom.

to those who are suffering at this very moment know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. know that I wish you joy and happiness. know that I am sending you love and light.

life shifts toward wellbeing when we move forward with determination into the light of a brand new day with a positive perspective and good intentions.

I like to embrace change because change embraces me back which gives me purpose and brings me peace.

there is a lot of negative out there yet I am feeling positive vibrations within. last night my wife and I were sitting on the recliners watching a hallmark christmas movie, that cat was cuddling with my wife and my son was screaming in the other room at his gamer friends and having loads of fun. the fireplace was on, the room was warm and we were happy and at peace. there is a lot of darkness out there yet I am immersed in light... happy holidays.

Inspiring is the Poem in my Heart

 

inspiring is the poem in my heart for every time I recite it I grow spiritually and blossom beautifully.

even when things got bad I always reached for the highest good which for me facilitated great change and ensured a positive future.

the immortal light that shines in each of us is a gift of grace, glory, greatness and goodness which when shared with others changes our life in the most loving way possible.

echoes of enlightenment reverberate within and raise me high above the earth to a place of celestial beauty where I open the door to spiritual growth divine liberation and am welcomed home.

from the fabric of infinity I have woven a beautiful imagination which has filled my mind, heart and soul with dreams and visions that have inspired me to create a life I truly love.

I remember the moment I found peace on my journey it was when I was led out of the darkness into the light by spirit who I realized was a part of me and therefore had always been with me.

I am an artist of spirit whose words are poetry for the soul and whose actions paint a portrait of truth, triumph and transformation. Life for me is a work of art that I am proud of for it shows the world who I truly am.

every experience is a life changing experience and whether that change is good or bad is a choice that we make. if you want a better life make better choices.

each smile we share sincerely with others sparks the divine within which makes that smile a true blessing that brings us closer to heaven.

I wonder if Santa will be wearing a mask this christmas and if the elves have all been vaccinated. Actually I dont wonder that because I want at least one thing this christmas that is free of the madness of the past couple of years. In my house this year chrsitmas will be what it has been for me since the first christmas I had with my wife which is a celebration of life, love and family. It will not be a covid christmas. It will be a day of blessings where we stay in our pajamas, each way too much food, listen to happy holiday songs, drink egg nog, open presents and enjoy being together. It will be an aware, awake, authentic, appreciative and altruistic day of joy and good tidings. Merry Christmas. Merry Merry Christmas.

by setting free the goodness, greatness, grace and glory within we generate goodwill which makes the heavens grin with gratitude.

you are unique, authentic, original, uplifting, inspiring, beautiful and blessed. you are loved. love who you are. you are loved. be who you are. you are loved.

I find that when I embrace myself more lovingly it is easier to embrace others more lovingly so I make it a point to start each day by showing myself the honor, respect and love that I deserve.

I am at my best when being a thoughtful, hopeful and loving being of spirit with a sincere desire to help and heal humanity.

I wish this christmas for a more benevolent world. I wish for a more compassionate world. I wish for a more enlightened world. I wish for a more caring world. To do these things you need not wrap any gifts you just need to wrap your arms around me and say I Love You.

discovery of ones true self is a healing experience that blesses us with an awakening, awareness and abundance of a deeper divine nature which connects mind, body, spirit and soul.

its been a difficult year but it has not deterred me from doing my best each day to shine my light and share my love.

a truly open heart is a ray of light that connects souls and aligns with the sacred in elevating, liberating ways that transform and transcend.

I took a leap of love and landed on a mountain of miracles so high that I could touch the heavens.

we each have the ability to inspire and we do so when we live and love honestly, truthfully, peacefully, positively, compassionately, spiritually, gently and joyfully.

positive manifests positive which facilitates the positive thereby creating things positive that make life more positive. be positive.

sacred listening is listening with your heart and soul. if you can do that you will hear words of wisdom, songs of hope and prayers of enlightenment that will bring you peace and joy.

I will go to a cafe this morning where I will sit and talk with friends about life.

the other day anxiety came over and took my breath away. as I struggled to open airways and free myself from this burden I saw my son walking home from school and remembered that love is the true breath of life and at that moment I could once again breathe freely .

its another covid christmas. I think this year I will give out gifts of kindness touched by the sacred that connect with the soul and create an atmosphere of hope, healing and happiness.

compassion, goodness and hope came by one day to remind me that sweet is the freedom of a faith which is without judgement, ignorance, anger, fear and prejudice.

I activate joy by engaging in meaningful activities and seeking out new experiences that focus on the beauty, blessings and miracles of life.

every person has a unique path of their own choice that they can shape in any way they choose. once I freed myself from a past that did not serve me well I was able to shape mine with goodness, kindness and love.

You are a Gift to the World

 

you are a gift to the world. you are a true blessing. you are an angel on earth. you are a miracle. be who you are. embrace who you are. love who you are.

I like to read biographies of people who have struggled yet have not merely survived but have used their strife to create works of art, literature, music, science... that help me and others in ways beautiful and beneficial. people like allen ginsberg, james baldwin, bruce springsteen, gord downie, leonard Cohen, hermann rorschach and many many more.

the moment I found myself I also found friends in the spirit world who have helped me heal my way to happiness.

I try my best each day to walk a path of purpose that supports positivity and brings light to those I love and the world around me.

at night as I lay in bed I fill my mind with positive thoughts which helps me to fill my dreams with images and experiences that embrace me with hope and happiness when I awake.

we all have a spiritually connected life whether we know it or not. our job is to recognize it, realize it and remove obstacles so that we can see it clearly and utilize its myriad of gifts and blessings to bring people together.

nurture, nourish, uplift, elevate, refresh, rejuvenate, transform, transcend, live and love.

you have within you the energies necessary to heal yourself. you have within you the energies necessary to heal others. you have within you the energies necessary to heal the world around you. you have within you energies.use your energies.

today I shall create a new reality in which I use my inner intuitive abilities to chart a course of desirable joy to a place of eternal happiness that I shall call home.

once many decades ago I looked at myself in the mirror and said you are better than this which inspired me to set out on a brand new path with a more positive purpose and a better outlook on life. that for me changed my world from one of darkness to one of light.

every time I think that the pandemic is getting better the level of stupidity rises in the world. I realize that the struggle is great for everyone so I try as best I can to act with gentleness, kindness and compassion. however its getting more difficult to do. its time to shut up, grow up and smarten up. just be nice. can you do that please. can you put away your conspiracies and replace them with compassion. if you do nothing else could you at least do that. all I can do is what I have done since the start of this which is take care of me and mine in a loving way thats beneficial to all. be well. live well. love well. I wish you well.

I am attracted to those who by their very essence and presence bring light and love to the world. I call those people children.

its been a tough couple of years but in our home we have manged to stay happy and healthy by cultivating an atmosphere of greater love.

explore your true self and you will experience moments of joy that will embrace, empower and enlighten you with blessings which connect you to all that is sacred.

metaphysical are the offerings I receive from myself when I follow the light into dimensions and realities that lovingly support a life of spirit.

by loving who you are you benefit yourself and others with riches of spirit that positively impact our world.

I can taste the sweetness of the sacred when I am with my child for children are the fruit of life that nourishes the heart and soul of humanity.

I believe in faeries and angels because I feel the loving embrace of their presence as it breathes life into every moment and every experience.
