loving relationships are tremendously empowering blessings that infuse positive energy and pure spirit into our lives.

I went for a walk yesterday with my wife and son along a path by the lake where the sun warmed our hearts, caressed our souls and reminded us all how beautiful life can be and how truly blessed we are.

true happiness is honest happiness and honest happiness is a blessing we share with the world in the hope that others can honestly be truly happy.

affirmative intentions and healing practices motivated by love have made mine a world of wholeness and happiness.

I have with a higher sense of purpose and practical wisdom made the conscious effort to simply live well in the world and by doing so have managed to achieve the life of my dreams which is to love and be loved.

the spirit leaps into realms of love when we make it our purpose to design a destiny of powerful healing, profound happiness and positive change.

once upon a day and time I made friends with insight and inspiration who introduced me to brilliance and beauty who opened my heart and soul to kindness and compassion who embraced me with love and light.

explore the wonders not of the world outside but the world inside for once you know fully the sacred beauty of who you are you begin to see with greater clarity the wonders of the heavens and the earth.

every thought I share and intention I show are an affirmative prayer of peace and happiness guided by compassion meant to elevate, liberate, uplift and inspire.

we are eternal souls of divine beauty whose purpose in life is simply to be and love who we are.

a flourishing life of rebirth, renewal, freedom and joy has been my reward for stepping into my power and forging a destiny of love that ignites the spirit and opens the heart.

the more you deepen your spirituality the more open you will be to loving yourself and the more you love yourself the more you align with your true purpose and the more you align with your true purpose the happier your life will be.

be of good heart especially in these difficult times for many are suffering, many are struggling, many are hurting, many are barely holding on and many are dying. be of good mind during this time of crisis for many are confused, many are misguided, many are going in the wrong direction, many are lost, many are disoriented, many are making up their own truths and many are losing control of their faculties. be of good heart and mind for many are in need of a kind word, many are in need of a warm embrace, many are in need of a simple smile, many are in need of some happy news and many are in need of love. be of good heart and mind.

a life fully loved is a life fully lived and a life fully lived is a sacred blessing that elevates and liberates.

i find that when I make the effort to live my higher purpose I reach higher levels that help me to realize my destiny.

Simply Say I Love You

 

I had a lovely day with a loving family who truly love me and my response to it all was to simply say I love you.

when I am sad I like to look within and watch as the flower of the soul blooms as doing so generates compassion which makes it easier for me to answer any question life puts before me with love and kindness.

the heart is refreshed and the soul awakened whenever we make the choice to let love light our way.

I thrive and flourish in harmony and balance with the heavens and earth when I with positive personal awareness and practical wisdom connect to the divine in ways motivated by love.

I wish not to achieve the life of my dreams but to create a world of my own making where the reality is such that dreams are but memories of accomplishments and achievements which have made my life the blessing that it is.

use the powerfully transformative spiritual energies within to manifest aspirations and engage in healing holistic practices that make a significant sacred contribution to your life and the world around you.

speak softly said the spirit, listen sweetly said the soul and see the truth said the sacred.

each morning when I get up I open the door to my heart and let it outside to play that way when it comes back in it will engage in actions that purify the soul and experiences that manifest the sacred.

you have within you good loving energies waiting to be freed from the shackles of anxiety, stress, fear, apathy, ignorance, prejudice ... remove those binds and yours will be a beautiful path of inspiration, transformation, revelation and elevation.

mine is a fantastical story of a tenacious faith whose metaphysical mantra of spiritual determination transcends and transforms each struggle along the way into a blessing.

lovingly craft each day in a purifying way that is rooted in mindful practices and yours will be a journey existential transformation that embodies the spirit and illuminates the soul.

if I could go back in time and say anything to my younger self I would say hold on for one day you will be immersed in a love so pure positive, precious and profound that it will culminate in the manifestation of a most beautiful wonderful life.

the purest love flows and connects in the heart of those who with blessings of spirit sprinkle sweet sunshine and sacred stardust on every soul they meet.

my sons first words when he wakes up every morning are have you had a good day which in and of itself make the day good.

from existence to existence and reality to reality I have always been an instrument of peace in search of smiles who played a song of soul and spirit that inspired those around me to dance.

common sense met a clearer perspective one day and together they set out on a journey of creativity where they came upon compassion who was a carpenter of spirit that helped them build a better world.

journey with me to higher states of happiness and harmony where positive energy flows freely and where in butterfly gardens of sacred beauty we breathe in the divine glory of who we truly are.

I was bathing in thoughts of happiness when a beam of inspiration graced my heart and soul with feelings of love that made me jump for joy.

during this tome of isolation, separation and lockdown it seems we are always worried about what is open and what is not. for me personally all the important things are open - my arms, my heart, my mind and my soul.

be kind to people, be kind to your family, be kind to your friends, be kind to animals, be kind to the air, be kind to the land, be kind to the water, be kind to sacred mother earth, be kind to yourself, be kind.

give joy, light and love to all and you will with bright shining eyes shift into a higher frequency of angelic enlightenment in harmony with heaven and earth.

mine is a soulful journey filled with moments of awakening that help me to establish a conscious link with the divine which creates profoundly positive changes that make it easier for me to become a friend with life.

I was on a path of revelation to a place of exaltation when my imagination embraced me with some revelations that stirred within me a transformation that has been my liberation.

I have had trouble sleeping my whole life and these days its become even worse. I got up this morning at my regular time of two thirty and noticed the bedroom door was closed. when I opened the door there was my wife sprawled out on the floor. it seems the cat was going crazy at one thirty and she wanted me to get a little more sleep so she chased her out, closed the door and made it so she couldn't scratch on it. my wife takes meds for osteoarthritis on her back. I thanked her, hugged her, told her not to do that again and got on with my day. she is blessed with the ability to fall back to sleep quickly. I have a wonderful family who loves me. she has spent the last twenty five years living with an a.d.d o.c.d and p.t.s.d .... husband and has done so with honor and dignity. so when people ask me how I am handling this pandemic I simply say I look at what I have and say thank you for I have the gift of a loving family and for that I am eternally grateful.

the more peace and happiness we bring with us the greater the possibility is that we will walk a path of gentleness into a heavenly garden of spiritual union where we are better able to love life more.

I like to begin each day by saying a short prayer of natural truths that help frame my unique journey in a manner which contributes to making a better world.

my heart and mind expanded the moment I made the conscious decision to live, breathe and create my own bliss.

I hear the heartbeat of the heavens beating out a sacred rhythm within my soul which inspires me to walk a lyrical path of poetic purpose where my true self sings a sacred song that celebrates the joy and beauty of life.

once on a wind swept day when the sun was shining on my life I saw a heart enriching reflection of my present and future self aligning the heavens with their dreams, hopes, visions, wishes and desires.

I was sailing on oceans of ancient wisdom and abiding faith when I was lifted high into the sky where with a clear new perspective I could see the gifts of Gaia waiting for me with open arms in their sacred garden of healing.

social distancing for me has created a spiritual awakening and I know now whats really important to me so that when this isolation ends I will be able to embrace the world in a sincere sacred manner that manifests a richer more fulfilling life of inner goodness, outer greatness, ethereal grace and eternal glory.

when I go on vacation I travel to the spirit world because it is such a beautiful destination and I feel at home there.

twenty five years ago after a year of dealing with peoples ignorance and prejudice I left town with just the clothes on my back and came here to st.catharines with the intention of dying. one day I was sitting in a tattoo parlour on st Paul street downtown and I noticed two young women across the street posting flyers on street poles... one was statuesque and one was petite. they were both quite beautiful. I called the owner of the shop over - pointed across the street and said go get them. he said what. I said go get them and tell them they can post their flyers in the window. he said I don't know what the flyers are for. I said I don't care, they are beautiful. he went across the street and got them. the tall one told me that the flyers were for a spoken word event at a local cafe. we talked a little longer and when I told her I was a poet she said that the braintrust for the poets collective was meeting that night to discuss the event and would I like to take part in the meeting. that began a relationship that would see me partake in many events as a spoken word artist. I also hosted a number events, wrote for local magazines and had my own cable tv show. the statuesque beauty is Amy and if I look up from my computer I can see on the wall a poem she wrote about me. that time in my life was very difficult but part of me awakened when I met the local poets. art is life, life is art, I am art, I am life, life is art and art is life.

I appreciate the good things in life - my wife, my son, friends, the street I live on, my home, walks along the canal, books, records, art, the sun, the moon, the sky and the heavens...

It was when my world was at its darkest that I got an invitation from spirit to come to a celebration of life that embraced beautifully the love that is at the core of our sacred existence.

I was looking through the attic of my soul when I discovered who I truly am which moved me to soar far and high into the light of creation and the heart of heaven.

may all who cross my path be blessed with words and wisdom that inspires and uplifts. may all whose path I cross shine their light and share their love in ways that fill my heart with wonder. may all be happy, healthy, hopeful and at peace as they evolve beautifully and blissfully into beings of light.
