once a long time ago the darkness within had cried so much that it became dehydrated to the point it could no longer produce tears. it was at that moment I took the opportunity to embrace its suffering with the light of my true sacred self. from that point on we began to understand our relationship better and work together to help each other heal. balance is a most beautiful thing.

I was raised around alcoholics so I am sorry means nothing to me. if you are sorry you shouldn't have done it and if you are really sorry don't do it again.

walk with me in beauty, dance with me in the light, frolic with me in fields of spirit and soar with me into the heavens, for this is what it means to be alive.

I have always held my head high when called weird. each time I was told that I was strange I said thank you. when people yell out freak I wave in appreciation. thank you all for reminding me how beautiful and special I am.

I shall approach this day with spiritual optimism and I shall walk a path rich in goodness as I embrace hearts and elevate souls.

the heart is an existential place of poetic beauty where messages of love wait to be released into the world, the universe and beyond.

my soul called me the other day and we talked of choices and actions. we spoke of opportunities and possibilities. we worked together to find ways to help me transform and transcend. my soul called the other day and I answered. the answer was yes.

when I am with my wife and son I feel energized and alive. I look at them and see the reflection of the man I have become. they have given me a happiness I never thought possible. they have gifted me with a love I never knew existed. their kindness, compassion and caring has lifted me into the light. it seems like only yesterday that I was sleeping on the coach with my beautiful baby boy on my chest. yesterday he turned nine. he is smart, funny, sweet and loving. he grows daily. they say it goes by fast but you don't really grasp that until you look at them crawling blink your eyes and they are walking down the street waving goodbye. he is my anchor. he is the inspiration when my mind is broken. he is the blessing that makes life worth living. embrace each and every moment of a Childs life for it is the most beautiful thing in the universe.

it is by helping others that we help ourselves for kindness is a blessing that sends ripples of love into the heart and soul of who we are.

miraculous is the healing that occurs when we treat ourselves with the kindness, compassion and love we show others.

my depression was poking my p.t.s.d with a stick the other day when I jumped in and embraced them with the truth that we were all in this together and that we could learn to not only get along but to grow as one into a beautiful being of light.

beauty blossoms when we infuse our life with light from the heart and soul of our true higher self.

we ascend on our spiritual path we make positive choices that bring happiness and harmony to our life.

know that within the heart of who you are is a sacred place of infinite blessings waiting for you to come home.

growing up I slept with the radio on all night to block out the sound of drunken arguments. today I still sleep with the radio on but now it is not a shield but a blessing of divine comfort that soothes the soul. the lesson is that we are alchemical beings with the ability to transform darkness into light.

the love I feel for my wife and son creates within me a beautiful mosaic of bliss and beauty which lights for me a deep path of joyful gratitude.

love of self brings the soul to the surface and reveals to the world the true sacred beauty of who you are.

absolute bliss is the joy I feel when I am embraced by kindness, caring, compassion and love that is sincere, authentic, honest and true.

we elevate our spirit and expand our horizons when we with positive purpose seek to make each moment of our life something sacred and loving.

if we make better choices for ourselves we make the world better for those around us which creates ripples of love that spread out across the universe.

we soar to higher dimensions when we listen to our angels and follow our spirit guides.

I have always been a man of pure spirituality with an awakened inner voice whose darkness was bathed in beautiful light whenever things reached critical levels. I am alive because each and every time I was standing on the ledge the light guided me to a new reality that showed me I am a man worthy of love.

the toxins in my childhood made love an impossibility in the first half of my life. I was taught by the broken people around me that love wasn't real. it was insincere. it was fake and it was a lie. I dedicated my existence to being a solitary man. then one day this woman dropped some flyers into my shop and as she tells the story I didn't stop talking for five hours. I never thought love was real until I met someone who really loved me. today I believe in love because hers is a love that has always believed in me.

I awakened my dreams and once they wiped the sleep out of theirs eyes and saw within my smile sparkles of positive transformation they knew that they had done their job well.

with happiness and goodwill as our guides let us embark upon a sacred journey to wholeness where with every step we are bathed in the light of love.

I approach this and every day in gentle loving ways in the hope that my example will inspire others to ignite their own passions and create their own miracles.

wondrous is the journey of wellbeing we embark on when we choose to follow our heart and soul to sacred environments of light.

spiritual wellness begins with self awareness and self awareness begins when we acknowledge and accept the sacredness of who we truly are.

whenever I connect with myself in self nurturing loving ways I am blessed by spirit with tiny miracles that inspire and transform.

once I worked in the shipping area of a courier service and one day before our shift the supervisor gathered us together for a talk. the men and women did the same job loading and unloading trucks but for some strange reason the women were classified as clerical. he informed us on this day that from this point on any mistakes the clerical made would be posted on the blackboard for all to see and that after three mistakes they would penalize them. I said you can't do that its a human rights violation. he began to talk and I said shut up, go into your office and call your superior. he went into his office and five minutes later he came out and said we have decided against posting mistakes ....

I was walking a positive spiritual path to a profound meaningful life when I realized that because of the divine intentions of my choices I was blossoming at a deeper level while becoming a being of light.

I am a bit unbalanced and at times I stumble toward the unknown with nothing but my broken brain to guide me. I have never thought less of myself because of this in fact I have embraced it. Let others walk a straight line. I choose to stagger my way to ecstasy.

I was counting my blessings when I realized that each one was a gift of love that embraced the blissful beauty of my ethereal existence.

I will walk my path in ways that inspire me to evolve and change into the open hearted sacred being that the heavens have designed me to be.

the love within me is stimulated by caring compassionate relationships that bestow blessings while lighting the way to sunlit places where the sacred resides.

my madness and mental health are part of the art of who I am. you can read in my words and hear when I speak the struggles I have been through as they become masterpieces of prose. I paint my portraits with blood and write my songs with tears. I am art and artist.

the more you love yourself the brighter you shine and the brighter you shine the more you love yourself.

a lifetime ago i lost my mind and my faith in humanity and took to the streets looking to die. while I was there I never begged, borrowed or stole. I asked for nothing but gave everything I had. I gave counsel, the shirt off my back and my last dime to others. I held my head high and walked with confidence for I knew in my heart that I was worthy and that I deserved more. I am still here because it was when I gave up that I released the fear which had plagued me thereby lifting the darkness and allowing me to see the world in a new light.

I have never cared what people thought of me but I have always cared about how I thought of myself for it was at the darkest times that I thought the worst of myself and at the most beautiful times that I thought the best of myself.
