we had a lovely day yesterday: a pancake breakfast, a walk without coming in contact with people, my wife, son and I all sat in the upstairs living room each reading a book, a family lunch at the dining room table, we watched grease on tv, my wife and son played dominoes then uno, we had a turkey dinner with whipped potatoes, stuffing and more, we watched a British mystery on tv and then we went to bed. no stress, not strife. it was perfect, positive and profound. that was our easter and that has been every day since this started. we are safe, healthy and happy. we are cautious and compassionate. we are doing the best we can in the best way we can. bless you all and happy every day of the rest of your life.

when I take a spirit centered approach to life it connects me to my true self and the sacred within emerges which embraces me with divine knowledge, compassionate clarity and positive peaceful serenity.

there was some toilet paper at the grocery store yesterday. before this crisis you could have never told me that a roll of two ply would be a sign of hope.

just stop. just stop. just stop. its bad enough people are behaving irresponsibly. its bad enough that people are behaving irrationally. its bad enough that people are behaving crazily. now you have people who instead of being and acting positive have started losing their minds. they are crawling out of their bunkers saying its a government conspiracy. its a corporate cleansing. its the illuminati. just stop. just stop. just stop. heres a thought how about we all just worry about ourselves. how about we all take care of our own. how about we all set an example that inspires. if we stop wasting our time posting negative things, acting like we know better than the doctors, going against recommendations and pulling the barrier tapes down at parks... maybe just maybe we can make our way to the light. I am doing okay. my wife is doing okay. my son is doing okay. its amazing what common sense, kindness, clarity and compassion can do for you in a time of crisis. so before you decide to do anything just stop, just stop, just stop - and think!

mine is a life rich in the belief that we are angelic beings of light on a sacred journey to the heaven within our heart and soul.

I have noticed today that people I know have had birthdays, babies and beautiful blessings during these hard times. life goes on no matter what the darkness brings so be sure that you take the time to embrace fully those moments that bring light and love into your world.

what am I doing during the crisis - walking with my ten year old, communicating with people online, having meals with my wife and son, reading the spiritual meaning of the sixties by Tobias Churton, watching things that inspire on roku, listening to music, petting the cat and keeping my family happy, healthy and safe. we are distancing ourselves from others but we have each other and that has made this a time of bonding. it is now the new norm and its becoming easier every day. I am sending you all love, light and positive healing energy. we can do this. we will do this. I will see you all on the other side of this. until then my spirit is giving your spirit a big beautiful hug.

ours is an evolving journey and by sharing the love within we make our way to spiritual realms of light which open the heart and awaken the soul of humanity.

I think I need to offer a course on social distancing and common sense. I need to teach people a few things. sending your elementary school children out to play in groups for extended periods of time is not distancing. college age students hanging out with friends drinking and partying is not distancing and grown ups staying home but inviting friends over for a barbecue ... is not distancing. these are reckless, arrogant and ignorant actions that endanger us all. I am taking care of me and mine. I have shown my ten year old by example just what distancing and isolation is. class is in. the first lesson is grow the hell up and do whats best for you and your family. its time we all made ii our intention to serve the greater good.

awaken your purpose and let that purpose be to take care of yourself. let that purpose be to walk a path of kindness, courage and compassion. let that purpose be one of common sense. awaken and arise as you live yourself healthy and happy.

my true natural essence and my true sacred self were because of social distancing talking to each other from a safe distance. I heard them say how blessed they were. I heard them laugh and sing about the joy in their lives. I saw them comfort each other through words, gestures and smiles. I waved at them, nodded my head and said thank you. we are going to be fine because we have each other.

in difficult times I walk a purposeful passionate path of positive perspective in which I experience enlightening encounters that heal my heart, evolve my soul and strengthen my spirit.

we in the metaphysical community through spiritual consciousness and divine determination are sending out sacred healing blessings to each and every soul because we have learned that love is the most helpful healing energy of all.

went out this weekend guided by spirit. saturday we got groceries and went to the Swiss chalet for lunch. Sunday we dropped off a donation at goodwill, went to Home Depot and Canadian tire and had lunch at the sunset grill. we then came home and went for a walk around the nieighorbood. throughout the day we washed and sanitized our hands... we didn't hoard. we didn't panic. we were at no time selfish. we took precautions while still living our life. it was a lovely weekend.

it is by living from the heart and embracing the adventure of life with loving awareness that dreams are fulfilled and miracles happen.

believe wholeheartedly in your spiritual future and yours will be a path of sacred transformation where the light of love enriches, empowers, enlightens and embraces every moment of every day.

I am going out this morning for coffee with a friend. thats right I am leaving the house today. I will be okay because I do not plan on licking anybody or even rubbing up against anyone. I do plan on washing my hands and being mindful of those in close proximity. I am less worried about the virus than I am about the madness of people in panic mode. I have survived blizzards, ice storms, illness and mental health issues. I have lost countless to cancer and far too many to suicide. I have lived through sars and the swine flu. I have made it this far without getting Lyme disease and having my life shortened by killer bees. I am leaving the house today. I will be okay. I am leaving the house today. I will do so responsibly. I am leaving the house today.

in times of crisis its more important that we engage in selfless acts which benefit all than in selfish acts that only benefit ourselves.

I Feel At Home Within My Heart

I feel at home within my heart so I like to spend as much time there as possible. sometimes I invite people in which embraces me with pure enlightenment and empowers me to be a better man. as one who has mental health concerns life has and continues to be difficult. however I have managed without medication to walk a path of purpose that is pure and positive. the way I cope is I frame my life in a way that works best for my brain. Instead of saying I cant, I find my own way to accomplish what I need without pushing any buttons or pulling any triggers. when asked by someone - why did you do that - I always say because that is what works best for my brain. I am alive and I have survived because instead of saying I cant, I have always I can but in my own special way.

as a child suffering showed me profound truths that inspired me to fully embrace spirit as I served the greater good.

it was life affirming practices that nurture positive beliefs which aligned me with the sacred and led me to the light.

when I was at my worst in life it was the choice to make better decisions that made me feel more fully alive and inspired me to share my spiritual gifts in unique ways that gave me harmony and freedom.

I have walked with the dead, danced in the darkness, encountered aliens, battled demons, explored the heavens, grounded myself in sacred Mother Earth, researched gods, embraced goddesses, met my spiritual self, journeyed beyond the mind, communed with cults, gravitated toward gurus, found religions, spoken with angels and through it all have managed to create for myself a belief system that keeps me safe, makes me smile and inspires within me a love that is limitless and eternal.
