it is at that moment when we awaken spiritually that we begin to change our destiny and light our world with metaphysical experiences and miraculous moments.

I have given up more than once only to be inspired by the resilience of a woman, I have fallen more than once only to be lifted up by the innocence of a child. I have died inside more than once only to be resurrected by the kindness of a stranger. I have learned from these experiences and walked my path with grace and dignity while sharing with others the truth and beauty of resilience, innocence and kindness.

I am spiritually directed and divinely guided to embrace the blessing that is life with wholeness of heart and a sincere desire to weave a sacred web of love.

I am passionately committed to being a good man. every day I am bombarded by the media with images and stories of madmen who do nothing but diminish, disgrace, defile and destroy others. every day I witness mans inhumanity and overwhelming desire to win at all costs. I am compassionately committed to being a better man.

ask not advice from a psychic. seek not wisdom from a medium. look not for guidance from a guru. instead talk to a child. there is wisdom in innocence. I have learned more about spirit in ten years as a stay at home dad then I ever did in decades of spirit work. my son wakes up every morning and says today is going to be a good day. my son goes to bed each night and says today was a good day. I will venture out on this summers morn and I will pick up sticks, throw stones, step in puddles, chase a butterfly, pet a puppy, dance for no reason, break into song, laugh at my own jokes and love who I am. today is going to be a good day.

to live with purpose and love with meaning is to enjoy who you are by consciously creating a path that you can be proud of.

I was living a life well spent when I realized that it shouldn't cost anything so I put my money away and began to live a life well loved.

I was having a problem in school and didn't like the mark I got and when I asked the teacher about it they cared not for my struggles. I said at nine years old - you are paid to be here, this is your job, if any one of us is doing poorly then you haven't done your job. you need to work harder. I was in school and they were teaching us that we were all gods children while showing us that those of different beliefs were wrong and not deserving of heaven. I told the priest when I was twelve that they were hypocritical and harmful. I was working in a place where the men and women had the same job but the men were classified as labor and the women clerical. one morning our foreman said we are going to post any mistakes made by clerical on the big message board and after three mistakes you will be docked pay. I raised my hand and said you can't do that its a human rights violation. he began to speak and I said shut your face, go into your office and call your boss. he went in and five minutes later he came out and said we have decided against posting the mistakes. we are always being told to say yes to life. the truth is that not only is it good to say no - sometimes its also necessary.

I was being who I am which inspired others to be who they are and together we created a community of love minded souls who spend their days being the divinely beautiful free spirits they were born to be.

it was while igniting my passions that I saw within the flames my greatest gifts and was moved to pursue a higher purpose.

I hope you are aware of your beauty. I hope you are aware of your goodness. I hope you are aware of the light within. I hope you are aware of the spirits around you. I hope you are aware of the miracles in your life. I hope you are aware for true awareness answers our questions and reveals our truths. I hope you are aware of the glory of your existence.

I was doing a radio show many years ago and when it was over a fan of the show sent me a burned copy of it. they did so because usually this show skewered psychics but they loved me. you see when they would ask things like what do you say to people who say psychic powers aren't real. I would respond okay. then I would explain that I do not want people to follow me. I do not care if people believe me. I am not looking to convert anyone. this is who I am and I am happy with who I am. so while others would argue and try to prove themselves I would just tell my truth in my own way no matter how people perceived it. my honesty and the fact that I wasn't trying to sell anybody anything endeared me to the hosts and the public. be who you are unapologetically. those who falter are those who fear criticism and condemnation. I know who I am and I embrace that with faith not fear.

we are cosmic dust and we have within us celestial energies which reveal themselves when we believe fully in the miracle of who we are.

I was living in Hamilton about twenty years ago when an old country German woman came to me for a reading. I told her how I did things and she was wary because she liked the way everybody else did things. I did the reading my way. the whole time she was focused on the standard way people do these things. I didn't budge. when it was over she once again expressed her concerns and bid adieu. a few weeks later I get a knock on my door. it is her. she came by to apologize and to thank me. it seemed that during those few weeks things I had said resonated with her. also thoughts and feelings that were positive unfolded and certain realities revealed themselves. she gave me a hug and I reciprocated. I am here to share with you messages from spirit and to offer counsel. if you want someone to tell you your dogs name when you were six or give you lottery numbers thats not me. I plant seeds and sometimes they need a bit to grow. you have to water them. the lady was a believer after that and sent others my way.

I have a deep appreciation for those whose higher purpose and positive path profoundly impact the world.

instead of reading the news today I wrote my own news. I wrote of spending time with friends, I wrote of the beauty and intelligence of my wife, I wrote of the inspiring innocence of my child and I wrote of the love within my heart. it was a good news day.

when we water the ethereal garden that is our life with love we grow spiritually.

while out in search of something good I happened upon another traveler who was also in search of something good. we spoke for quite awhile until we realized that we had found what we were looking for in each other. let your goodness be your gift to the world and share it freely.

radiant is the smile of those who engage the world in loving ways that elevate the heart and soul of humanity.

the day I stopped searching for better people and decided to be a better person myself was the day better people started showing up in my life.

I have seen things I wish I had never seen but instead of letting them bring me down I have used them as a catalyst for change.

I know you can do this because I have done it. I know you can find the courage within because I have found the courage within. I know that you will rise from the ashes because I have risen from the ashes. I know you are struggling and I know you will survive because I have struggled and I have survived. I believe in you. I am sending you love and light. I am saying all this because I know. I know!

I am at my best when goodness is my guide and spirit is my companion.

isolation drains the aliveness of the universe from us and leaves us lost and alone. venture out on this day with the intention of spiritually stimulating your true self by laughing, smiling and communicating with the world around you.

with reverence for life let us seek to create a better world by loving who we are and coming home to spirit as we help each other blossom.

I start my day with the intention of being good. I end my day with the knowledge that I have done good. I am a good man. that is all I have ever wanted to be. I am a good man.

I was sleeping on a park bench with nowhere to go and nothing to live for when spirit spoke to me of the obstacles I had overcome and the miracles that had kept me alive. the realization that my survival was one of but many miracles inspired me to learn how to enjoy, appreciate and love life.

the book of my life reads like a dime store novel. I have at the lowest of times given my last dollar and the shirt off my back to someone. I have while falling down helped to lift others up. I have while trying to end my life offered counsel to aid others in saving theirs. the book of my life reads like a dime store novel. it has been a dime well spent.

meditative practices, a mindful purpose and a metaphysical perspective are the gifts and blessings I share with the world.

my goal for today is to open myself to new experiences as I venture forward with the greatest good and the highest intentions as my companions.

my nine year old reminds me every day that there is good in the world. he shows me that hope and happiness can be our companions. he teaches me that love is a truth that inspires, uplifts and transforms. I was nine once. I think today I will be nine again. who wants to come out and play.

I was doing what is right for my soul when I heard my heart whisper to my spirit how far I had come and how proud they were of me.

my soul and my spirit invited my heart over for lunch where they served it beautiful blessed truths and limitless love which joyously satisfied its hunger.

through introspection and contemplation we are able to see and hear the sacred messages of importance embedded in our soul which if followed will simply and beautifully change the way we live.

I was investigating an old christian reform school for boys when I was overwhelmed by a sense of dread. there was a long narrow room adjacent to the kitchen and at the end of the room against the wall was a kneeling post. as soon as I approached the post I saw a vision of two boys kneeling there. they had no shoes or socks on and a man was beating the backs of their feet with a yardstick as they prayed. I had to leave the room as I was having difficulty breathing. as a psychic, empath, healer... sometimes we see and sense things that are disturbing. in this case I was able to see a truth that after the shock subsided inspired me to continue following a path of service to a place of light where I may help those who struggle.

every time I enter into celestial realms I am immersed in greater clarity and understanding which allows me to see just how special I am and how beautiful my life truly is.

the key to having a brighter future is quite simple - you must step out of the darkness and into the light.

I was talking with loves healing wisdom the other day and they reminded me of of how blessed I am to have a family that embraces who I am so fully and completely.

I have interpreted dreams which opened peoples eyes to sacred truths, I have done past life readings that answered questions and offered explanations, I have done psychic readings that revealed things not even thought of before, I have done tarot readings that have enhanced life decisions and I have given spirit readings that have helped people make empowered choices that shape for them a brighter future. this is who I am. this is what I do. bless you all.

conversations seem to be harder here days. people seem hell bent on arguing instead of discussing. common courtesy seems to have all but disappeared. there doesn't always have to be a bad guy. when did it become the norm to build yourself up by talking others down. the negativity in the media is overwhelming. the darkness on the internet is monumental. lets just for today say something nice about somebody. lets just for today say something nice about ourself. lets ignite our spirits and share our light. Truth and Goodness have always been my Companions

practice gratitude, practice goodness, practice being kind, practice sharing your love and then put those practices into action.

you have within the core of your being energies which when activated and shared can help you empower, enrich and enlighten yourself and others.

I have a habit of helping others find meaning and purpose. I have a point of showing people things that make them feel good about life. I have the intention always of empowering people to grow, flourish and thrive every day of their lives. this is my calling. this is my blessing. this is my truth. this is who I am.

I remember having a gun pointed at me and saying to the guy shut up and shoot me. I remember standing on the ledge of life waiting to jump and having the winds of spirit whisper words of wisdom that pulled me back from the brink death. I remember and I use those memories to help others find the courage to heal.

truth and goodness have always been my companions. they have pulled me up from the depths of hell and lifted me into the light of a better beautiful brand new day. no matter my struggles I have never lost the honesty and virtue that make me who I am.

the higher your standards the farther you will go in life. when we make honesty, integrity, kindness, compassion, love and light our goals we transform our lives in transcendent ways that forge for us a divine destiny.

I was in the middle of being good to life when I realized that life was being good to me.

for me the best thing about doing the fairs in the old days was down time. it was those moments when we psychics would sit around and just share our stories with each other. for me those moments were the best teachers. thats always why I tell people starting out to go to events, fairs... and ask questions, watch and learn. what things do people have in common and what are their differences. how do they promote themselves. what practices do they have. from that I take what works for me and incorporate it into my life. I also alter things to suit my own beliefs. everybody has something to offer whether they know it or not. I have been blessed to meet psychics, healers, tarot readers, spell workers, life coaches.... in fact at my most successful time the majority of my clients were fellow psychics. thank you to all those who have shared their wisdom with me.

I have always approached everything I do in my own special way. I do readings a certain way because I have constantly been visited by people who have been to other readers and been disappointed. Its always the same thing they say. I really only wanted to know one thing and they didn't say anything about it. I then respond did you ask them what you wanted to know. they respond no. they think they shouldn't have to because they watched some bad movie or tv show and think they know the rules. every reader is different. every reader has their own style. every reader has their own dogma. I have people ask me specific questions which I do my best to address and then after that I share with them whatever spirit guides me to. I first address their concerns and then I let the universe share with them anything else they need to know. I once had a German woman come to me and she didn't like that format. she wanted a textbook reading. I said no. I gave her my reading and she left. a week later she stopped by to apologize for questioning my methods, to tell me those things which came true and to share with me the positives that she gained from the experience. then she gave me a hug. if you are a reader follow your own path and do things your own way. the best readers are the ones who are honest and sincere. thank you for being you. sending love and light.

I remember getting a call at three in the morning from a friend telling me that a young woman I knew was broken hearted and lost. I immediately got dressed and ran downtown to sit up all night with her and dress her wounds. I remember sleeping on a bench downtown and waking up to a well dressed elderly man who had a home and a job yet was still looking for counsel from me even though I was homeless at the time. I remember dropping everything to help friends, acquaintances , strangers... I have done my best to serve others even when none served me. so while I may be on a sabbatical of sorts these days I have not forgotten you I have only remembered me. until I dive back into the waters fully know that every word you read has an energy to it that is loving and healing. bless you all.

there were a few people back in the day that I was close to who latched onto this self professed guru and began to shun me. I could see this man was a fake, fraud and pretender yet the called me jealous and isolated me. what eventually happened was what I knew would happen because I saw the truth and they chose not to heed my warnings. they began one by one to see and experience the reality of who he was and they all came back one by one to seek my counsel. never an apology was uttered but me being me I made the choice to welcome them back and dress their wounds. I regret not allowing them back because it taught me a lesson which was to no not let your need for companionship cloud your common sense. today the people in my life are the people who truly love and appreciate me. for that I am blessed.

take pleasure in pleasing others and you become a better person with a better life who creates realities for yourself and others that are better.

there was a dark time in my life when I spent my days with a large group of people I believed were my friends only to find out later they were simply self centered and selfish souls sucking the life out of me. the scant few that are still in my life today whose friendship was sincere I am grateful for and I say thank you. the rest need never speak my name.

my life is impacted greatly whenever I make the choice to rise above my struggles.

there is a natural flow of energy in my heart that nourishes me and a vision of rainbows within my soul that nurtures me and together they make mine a path of creative kindness where love is my purpose and destiny.

I found my higher self and my lower self sitting together talking about my true self which made me think deeply about how I could better myself.

I am thankful for those moments when i meet someone who can see the smile on the face of my soul and i can see the love in the eyes of their spirit.

many many years ago I had lost my faith in humanity and was living on the street. I was dark, depressed and suicidal. yet still strangers would seek me out for readings. business men, mothers, religious people, artists... I was sitting in a cafe once and a woman who had just come here from out west walked past me stopped turned around and said I see a light around you - can I speak with you. a local church group tried to recruit me to run a hostel for them. an occult group sought me out to open a branch here. I was at the worst in my life yet people still saw the light in me. know that no matter your struggles that there is a light within you waiting to shine brightly for the world to see.

life for me became more meaningful when I made it my path and purpose to be a force of good.

when I take the time and make the effort to grow into who I truly am, the more goodness, greatness, grace and glory I have in my life.

I am deeply grateful for those who are honest. I am appreciative of those who walk their path with integrity. I am thankful for those who set out on their journey with love as their intention. Bless them all.

I keep a scrapbook of all my pain and suffering which I take out when I am feeling bad to remind myself of how much I have overcome, what I have accomplished and how high I have risen. I keep a scrapbook of all my joy and happiness.

whenever I have walked a mile in somebody else's shoes my feet hurt so I have decided to spend but a moment in their heart that I might touch the core of their being with love and kindness.
