choose good thoughts, make good decisions, engage in activities that are good for the soul, lovingly nurture those things about yourself that are good, do that which inspires the good in all and no matter what you do simply be good. do these things and yours will be a good life.

every moment of every day I am consciously aware that by embracing my blessings and sharing my innate goodness I am able to live my best life.

I awakened to self awareness who introduced me to ascension who connected me to inner peace who led me to a kind and generous spirit who embraced me with a divine truth which helped me to create a life of joy.

love is who you are and by being who you are you shape a destiny that lifts the spirit, liberates the soul and lights the world.

I walk in kindness, I breathe with compassion and I live joyously within the heart as I love deeply and divinely.

everything I do today I will do in a sacred way for life is a miracle to be explored and experienced with an open heart and mind.

heaven on earth for me is a song of praise that promotes happiness, aligns with the universe, paints a rainbow of loving compassion, honours the divine spirit and celebrates the gift of life.

give what is needed as you go forth with spirit driven intentions that focus on the positive and serve the highest greatest good.

I had a vision of happiness the other day in which wholeness was saying an ancient prayer of divine grace and glory that brought people together to breathe in love and kindness.

when I go out I like to bring a few things with me - peaceful thoughts, spiritual imagination, divine grace, dignity, good intentions, openness, compassion, kindness, love and a simple smile all in the hope that I can make a positive contribution to humanity.

life for me has been an ethereal education where by seeing, feeling, hearing and experiencing with an open heart and mind I have been able to grow spiritually while walking a simple sacred path of transformation and transcendence.

we are all connected. how we choose to be connected is the key to life. many it seems are choosing right now to be connected by anger, confusion, conspiracy, stupidity, madness and more. I have chosen to be connected by common sense, kindness, compassion, positive intent, wisdom, wonder and miracles...

I think I will start today with a breakfast consisting of holistic wisdom, sacred healing, spiritual energy and ethereal love bathed in simple profound joy.

We Need to Start Creating Different Realities

 

we need to start creating different realities for the ones we are immersed in at the moment are disappointing and destructive.

compassionate actions by others help to enrich my understanding of life and inspire me to embrace the world with words, deeds and decisions that heal the mind, body and spirit with a pure positive flow of energy.

the most difficult part of this crisis for me has not been the isolation but the insanity. the madness of people has become overwhelming. the level of absurdity has reached far beyond anything we could have imagined. we are watching our world disintegrate and all we are doing is adding fuel to the fire. to. begin to heal we must be the example. we must ourselves show the way. kindness, compassion, common sense and love are the tools for change. let us on this day make a commitment to building bridges not burning them down. let us dedicate ourselves to creating a world of goodness, greatness and glory where we all may live in peace. today may we begin to transform and transcend as we manifest a happier more enlightened world.

let us create a greater happiness in which we grow and evolve into peaceful loving spiritual beings who honor the spirit as we embrace fully the highest good.

you are one of the worlds greatest wonders. you are a being of light. you a sacred source of love. you are a blessing and a miracle. be who you are.

I know we can because we have. we are the answers we have been looking for because we have fallen before and have risen. we have been hurt before and have healed. we have been lost before and found our way home. we are not merely survivors we are warriors. you and I are made of light and by sharing and shining that light we are able with threads of spirit to weave a new way of life that is more positive and profound.

greater awareness creates greater wellbeing which helps us to step into our greatness.

we are sacred warriors of profound empathy who by transcending limitations are able to help ourselves and others to venture beyond boundaries to worlds of wonder and wellsprings of joy.

I like to connect with others in beautiful ways. I like to embrace people with words, wisdom and wellbeing. I like to share my life force energy by shining my divine light on the world. I like to do that which is rooted in common sense, kindness, compassion and love. these are the things I like to do.

I listen not to the news but to my angels, I listen not to politicians but to my heart and by doing so I have managed to make it through all of this with less stress and anxiety.

Glorious is the Soul of Humanity

 

glorious is the soul of humanity and generous is the spirit of love when we as sacred beings live our truth in liberating ways that inspire change and create a brighter future for all.

I was cleaning house yesterday by throwing away things that other people had left lying around which were cluttering the hallways of my mind like the words hoax and conspiracy and that simple task made space in my consciousness for words like kindness, compassion and common sense. today I woke up happier and healthier than I have been in a long time.

you are the architect of your aspirations which means you can make a blueprint for your life from which you can build something wonderful, beautiful, uplifting, peaceful, positive, serene and blessed.

I think I shall start my day happy as doing so changes the way I see the world which enhances my life in miraculous ways.

when I am feeling down I make a conscious effort to foster goodness, grace, greatness and growth for the simple intention to do so raises my spirits and warms my heart.

I think people need to look up words like honor, dignity, respect, integrity, decency, compassion, kindness, virtue, grace, morality, honesty, thoughtfulness, civility, solidarity, sympathy, empathy and love because these are things that during this crisis seem to have gone awol.

help others heal others by helping yourself to heal.

in those times when the world around me becomes too much to handle I align with my sacred self and I rise above the turmoil where I can see with clarity the full beauty of life.

how about instead of making comments that are derisive we start making loving decisions that bring forth the beauty and blessings within.

we are beautifully unique beings who by embracing our brilliance illuminate a truth that opens the heart of the sacred and brings joy to our world.

I think I shall create a new reality in which with every thought, word, action and intention I express with loving energy a message of love that improves my karmic future while positively impacting the world around me.

at the core of my being is a place of pure love where I go when I am in need of divine blessings, true happiness and bliss.

when life was at its darkest my true spirit called and my answer was yes. since then my world has been one of blessings, truth, goodness, bliss, beauty, light and love.

with heart centered vision, compassionate awareness and a deep appreciation for life I shall set out on this day to find love in every step, breath and moment.

I took a walk beyond awakening where I found a reservoir of absolute pleasure that helped me to see the love in each moment.

a heart that is free is a heart that is happy. a soul that is free is a soul that is joyous. a spirit that is free is a spirit that is elated. a life that is free is a life that is rapturous. freedom is a blessing that embraces us with bliss.

with sacred loving guidance from saints, angels, ancients and ancestors I approach each day with the intention to serve, heal, inspire and bless.

through self understanding a sacred beauty unfolds that fills our heart with greater contentment while opening gateways to enlightenment.

there is a heaven in my heart where I go when I need true peace and happiness.

conspiracy theories, political rhetoric and social injustice oh my. I saw that the illuminati was talking to an ancient cabal about world domination one day when they were joined by a secret society who brought the blueprints for a new world order. then I woke up only to realize I wasn't asleep after all I was just watching the news. I think this morning I will watch the sunrise as I bathe in waters of common sense.

I make a conscious effort to walk my path in a positive manner that connects deeply and compassionately with the world around me.

sacred is the energy that educates and inspires. divine is the significance of positive actions and a peaceful purpose. we are messengers of light and love who by living that truth create a miraculous life.

find greater peace, shine your light, celebrate the truth of who you are, see the sacredness in life, walk a path of beauty, nourish the spirit, find greater peace within and open yourself fully to love for these are blessings that will wrap your world in positive energy and help you create a life of joy.

soulful and uplifting are those experiences that nurture, nourish, help and heal us spiritually.

we feel more open hearted, alive and aware when we learn to love ourself for love of self is a blessing that energizes, awakens, inspires and transforms.

I would like at this moment give thanks that I am alive for while I may have bad memories I have a good life.

I expressed goodness the other day which awaked the sacred within which brought forth healing which lifted my spirits which expanded my thinking which changed the energy around me which guided me toward a higher truth which connected me to the heavens which brought miracles into my life which inspired me to express goodness every day.

it is scary when you see, hear and experience utter madness that people accept as wisdom and leadership. it is frightening when you are exposed to hatred, anger, lies and manipulation that people take as truth and inspiration. it is heartbreaking when something destructive that is blatantly obvious is viewed by people as a cause to be cherished and celebrated. it is scary, frightening and heartbreaking to watch this happen before our very eyes and know that it will as it has in the past happen again and again and again and again and again and again...

heart based truths open a door to the soul which when we pass through leads us to a more empowered life of generosity, kindness, healing, transformation and eternal love.

inspiring and beautiful are those who with a loving heart rise above the darkness and shine a light of goodness on our lives so that we may see more clearly the blessings in our world.

isolation has helped me see more clearly what is truly important to me. it has provided me with awareness, growing insight and greater spiritual depth. it has taught me lessons that will help me build a better future. I will emerge from this safer, stronger, smarter and secure in the knowledge that I will do my best to be my best. I will emerge from this happier and healthier. I will emerge from this...
