growing up around alcoholics means that for me birthdays, weddings, holidays, holy days and family gatherings are bad memories that trigger anxiety and depression. luckily for me my wife and son remind me every day how blessed I truly am, how divinely beautiful they are and how wonderful life can be when the people who love you actually know and understand what a loving family actually is.

I remember as a child watching other children as they stopped believing in faeries, unicorns and Santa Claus while I stopped believing in joy, happiness and love. today I have have friends who are faeries, I have great fun playing with my unicorn and I joke with Santa about how we look more and more alike each year. I also have joy, happiness and love in my life which I believe in with all my heart.

you think the fact that I am one who turns on a dime would make it easy for me to change. you would be wrong. it was the recognition of that truth which gave me the courage to in spite of the pain make the choice to transition into transformation.

one day I said to myself I love you and I responded I love you too which gave wings to my dreams and filled my heart with joy.

today I will step into a higher vibration and by doing so inspire those around me to act in kind thereby creating an atmosphere of hope and happiness which will help us all to live with more joy.

the earth and the stars spoke to me one morning of the glory of waking up every day which embraced me with waves of pure positive energy that lifted me into a higher state of being.

each and every human being has a story to tell. what we don't always realize is that we are the author of that story and we can at any time write whatever we want. I think today I will write something beautiful.

some days kindness and cruelty meet at the crossroads. the good days are the ones where kindness prevails. One night almost twenty five years ago I was sitting with some friends in a downtown cafe when a young woman with a baby came in. I was homeless at the time and she seem troubled. I invited her to join us and we sat for quite awhile talking and laughing. When it got late she said she had to go and I didn't want her walking the streets alone on Christmas Eve. as we got closer to our destination I realized that I wasn't walking them home I was walking them to a women's shelter. upon arrival we thanked each other for bringing some joy to the night and said goodbye. I was a man and wasn't supposed to know where this place was but at that moment we were just two people who needed to know that there was some good in the world. I hope wherever she is today that mother and child are happy and healthy. if you are out there and you read this know that you made a difference in my life and that I am happy and healthy.

when I venture out into the world I bring with me healing light which share with the world through acts of kindness and compassion.

once I realized that there was a life waiting for me I began to do my whatever I could to make the best of every day.

I was reading the book of my soul when I got to the chapter titled feel love in every moment which I read with the intention of purging my past and transforming my present.

it has always been all too much and and not quite enough at the same time. I have managed to make my through the melancholy of my lot in life by removing the clutter and collecting more things that nourish and nurture.

on my to do list today: cleanse, renew, let go, live from the heart, relax, rejuvenate, let energy flow freely, help raise consciousness, realize my dreams, live my truth, awaken the spirit, seek a higher purpose and create miracles.

I have always lived in my own little world. I have always separated myself from the madness of others. I have always isolated myself from those who are hurtful. it has been at times a lonely journey but I have survived. I survived because one day I stopped hiding from the world that I found so cruel and in doing so allowed somebody special to enter my life. it was when I forgot to fight that I remembered to love and that for me has made all the difference.

once while helping others grow I was embraced by higher levels of self awareness which raised my vibration and lifted me to a pure positive place of transformation.

out beyond the boundaries of the mainstream world is a place of inspiration and imagination where love is the norm and life flows freely into higher states of bliss. from this day forth I will make it my purpose to venture out beyond the boundaries.

I was able to create a good life for myself because no matter what I was told or how I was treated I did not let it stop be from being exactly who I came here to be.

I was three years old when my grandmother heard a knock on her door and opened it to see a bus driver holding my hand. he asked her is this yours and she said yes. he said that i was sitting in the middle of the road. I knew even then that I was on my own. I knew even then that I needed to take care of myself. I knew even then.

I like to use my unique essence to inspire others to live authentically for I have found that by embracing who we are and sharing our truth we can reach a higher state of spirit.

I think i will uplift myself today by making choices that manifest mystical experiences and create real happiness.

I was sitting on the sidewalk downtown just watching life walk by when this young man approached me. he was carrying a satchel and was looking around like he was nervous. when he finally worked up the courage he said to me I have a gun for sale with one bullet in the chamber. the one bullet thing still makes me chuckle to this day. I said you realize if I buy the gun from you I can just shoot you and take my money back. he said sorry for taking up your time sir and walked away. sometimes even the dark and dangerous things in life are so absurd as to make you laugh.

through kindness and compassion I have managed to create for myself better tomorrows to the point that I awake each morning feeling blessed for I know that today is but yesterdays tomorrow.

today I will dance with joy and spread love as I unite soul and spirit with the intention of creating an awe inspiring atmosphere of sacred beauty.

I hide not from the darkness of my past. I choose instead to openly share the darkness of my past for doing so has helped me make my way into the light of a future I can be proud of.

rejoice with me in a heaven of our own making as we set out on a soul expanding journey where in ways spiritually beneficial to ourselves and others we facilitate hope, healing and happiness.

there are realms of light high above this plane of existence that fill our lives with the highest greatest good when we live our spirituality and love who we are.

I saw my mother fall down drunk in the driveway in the middle of the afternoon and my father respond by taking out the hose and spraying her for all the world to see, I watched when I was a teen my uncle pick up a handful of gravel and throw it in my aunts face and when I got up to do something was told by my parents it wasn't my business and I saw during a party in my childhood home a man grab his wife by the hair and drag her out of the house to the car while punching her in the head and not a single man came to her defence. I saw many things in my youth that I can't unsee. however with each one I said to myself I will never be that man, I will never be that man, I will never be that man. today I can proudly say I am not that man, I am my own man and I am a good man.

I become my best self when I touch the heart of others. I become my highest self when I touch the soul of others. I become my highest best self when I let others touch my heart and soul.

choices that impact ourselves and others positively are spiritually liberating blessings which deeply nourish every aspect of our existence.

I carry with me the trauma of my past which reveals itself to the world when one of my many triggers is activated. this makes every second of every day a monumental struggle. the difference between the first forty years of my life and the last twenty is I have opened the door to my heart and let others in. the love of my wife and son make my suffering manageable. I am through them able to see the beauty of life. they are medicine for the soul. I am healed by their happiness. whenever the darkness of my past reveals itself I need only look into the light of those I love and I am free.

when others descend into the darkness I choose to ascend into the light and shine brightly so all may see that hope and happiness exist for those who seek to rise above their struggles.

the love in our heart when shared refreshes the soul and stimulates the spirit which changes our world in wonderful ways.

I made positive changes in my life which beneficially motivated me to live, laugh, love and dance with the divine.

I was ministering with messages that were meaningful when mystic fields unfolded in front of me that led to miracles of my own making.

when we engage in activities that empower we are blessed with life affirming experiences that open portals to the sacred.

be heart present, be soul present, be spirit present, be light present and be love present. its not good enough to just live in the present we must also be something positive while we are there.

with heart and soul I help others along the road for I am a vessel of love whose purpose is to light the way.

we all shine in different ways and by embracing this truth and letting that light shine freely we create a flow of goodness from which miracles grow.

it was by seeing the good in others that I was able to see the good in myself and begin to live my life in service to the common good.

I was touched by joy which made me grateful. I was touched by beauty which helped me to see the world in new ways. I was touched by love which gave me a reason to live. I evolve and transform every time I am touched by the morning sun.

I was sitting in the living room on the comfy chair watching through the window for my son to come home from school when he came running around the corner and down the street with his hair bobbing up and down as he smiled at the sight of me waiting for him. it was like a scene from a family show from the seventies. it is moments like that which remind me of how truly blessed I am. there is beauty in simplicity and wonder in innocence.

freedom and bliss were walking down the street one day when they saw me sitting on a bench alone and depressed. freedom said whatever is troubling you is restricting you. let it go and free yourself. bliss said the struggles you are having are blocking your way. so push them aside and follow your bliss. I took their advice removed my self imposed barriers and set out on a new path. these days I take the time each morning to go for a walk with freedom and bliss as my companions.

excuse my spelling of the key words in this story because they are French Canadian slang and I don't know how to spell them so I am writing them phonetically to illustrate my point. I am one of those irritating people who will when others are talking yell out thats a great name for a band or a great title for a chapter in your autobiography. my son started grade four this year and is taking French so I told him this story. one summer my grandmother was visiting from up north. she liked to sit out front under the big maple tree and sing to the birds. she would sing BAYS MO KEY FE DE DIC FE DE DIC BAYS MO KEY FE DE DIC FE DE DIC. I had some friends over one afternoon and they asked what is your grandma saying. I said I don't know ask her. so they said Mrs DeRoche what are you singing to the birds and she said BAYS MO KEY FE DE DIC FE DE DIC BAYS MO KEY FE DE DIC FE DE DIC. They asked what does that me and she said kiss my ass Frederick. she said listen doesn't that sound like what they are singing - kiss my ass Frederick Frederick, kiss my ass Frederick Frederick. I love my family. my son was amused by the story while not really understanding it. the next morning at breakfast he asked me to repeat it. he said tell me the BEIGE MONKEY story again and I said BEIGE MONKEY thats a great band name. If you ever start a band call it BEIGE MONKEY!

gods and spirits guide me to places of light rooted in love where the presence of miracles set me free to be the divinely beautiful blessing I was born to be.

I have done readings in which I communicated with ancestors, I have investigated hauntings where I encountered ancients, I have interpreted dreams that put me in the presence of angels and I have looked through the heavens which led me to the altar of aliens. such is the life for we who walk beyond our boundaries and live beyond our reach.

aliveness and awareness help me see the goodness in people and the greatness in myself.

the greatest damage my past inflicted upon me was numbness. in my formative years when I should have been falling in love I was unable to do so because apathy was my only emotion. it took me by surprise the first time I felt something real and tangible. even then I didn't believe it but bit by bit my life went from black and white to technicolor. it went from darkness to light and I began to see clearly who I had been, who I was and who I could be. today I have the love and life that I had for so long been denied. if you are struggling know that it is possible to rise from the ashes of apathy and the bowels of hell. I know this because I am alive, I am happy and I am loved. I can feel it.

I was making my way to higher truths when I came upon the truth that I am worthy which led me to the truth that I am special which guided me to the truth that I am enough which carried me home to the truth that I am deserving of all the happiness life has to offer.

I was able to feel kindness, compassion, contentment and love when I removed all my self imposed restrictions and stopped carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders.

I was doing a tarot reading once and when I spread out the cards and looked at them I said to the woman I was consulting that the cards were wrong and began to do a cold reading which by the end of our session warmed the heart and soul of each of us.

love was not shared properly when I was young, love was not a light that shined for me the first half of my life and love was not something I believed in or sought. when the moment came in which without realizing it I opened a space in my heart I had to then learn how to love. the lessons have saved me and I have risen from my isolation and loneliness to a pure positive place of love I call home.

for the longest time I only saw people as insincere disappointing minions and malcontents. it was the choice to foster within myself a new way of seeing that transformed not only how I looked at people but how I looked at life. these days I can see into the heart and soul of people which is where their true beauty makes its home.

I was unfolding miracles one day when when my true essence was embraced with healing intentions that infused every aspect of my life with vibrations of love.

healing is the light of love for it is a sacred blessing that illuminates our path in simple profound ways which guide us to a life worth celebrating.

if you knew someone who belittled children would you follow them. if you were aware of somebody who separated families would you support them. if you heard of someone who cheated on their partner would you champion them. if you happened upon someone who was sexist and racist would you vote for them. it seems that many of you have already answered this question and the answer was yes.

whatever you make, make it sacred. make your thoughts sacred. make your beliefs sacred. make your love sacred. make your life sacred. whatever you make, make it sacred.

I like to create possibilities which inspire choices that cultivate changes which motivate me to manifest miracles.

it was when I first tasted goodness that I began to live a healthier happier life. from that first moment I started to nourish myself with laughter, light and love. now my mind, body, soul and spirit are full and ready to share their own recipes of goodness with the world.

I was being nice yesterday when something nice happened that made me feel so nice that I decided to make my entire life a divine display of niceties.

the deepest love is the love for self for it creates within us a place of spiritual harmony which radiates pure positive energy into our lives that is transcendent and transformational.

as I watched my childhood being taken away far too soon and felt my spirit being filled with bad wisdom I still knew deep within that I was deserving of better and that no matter what happened I would be a good person who lived a good life for that is my choice.

I have had christians recruit me, the Salvation Army send a missionary over to pray for me, satanists ask me to open a branch of their organization, star children offer me eternal peace, moonies offer me immortality, scientologists try to heal me, ministers try to convert me, hippies try to get me stoned, witches try to bed me and those with otherworldly beliefs invite me to the mothership. its been an interesting journey. I wonder who will seek me out next. to insanity and beyond.

in a day and age when every word we say is subject to criticism and misinterpretation I choose nonetheless to live with an open heart for I know who I am and I know what I mean.

I have crossed paths with fakes and frauds over the years and called them out because it matters not to me how good you are at your job, it matters more how good a person you are. you can learn and grow and get better at your job but you have to make a conscious choice to be a better person. what we do as psychics is not about money, its not about ego and its not about fame. what is it? its about time you grew up and pulled your head out if your ass. its about time you considered the consequences of your actions. its about time you thought of somebody other than yourself. its about being who you were born to be not who you have become. I have crossed paths with angels and ancients over the years and said thank you for showing me the way.

when I shine my light and share my love I grow spiritually because these are compassionate acts of kindness that raise my vibrations to a place of divine goodness.

Jenny McCarthy says she can cure autism - my mother says don't pick your nose with a fork. do you have special powers - I'm batman. die blasphemer - okay but can I have lunch first. how do you sleep at night - with my eyes closed and my head on a pillow. how do you live with yourself - I have no choice because theres no way I hell I am living with someone like you. can you see inside my heart - let me get my scalpel. you think you are god - no but we went to school together, she was sweet.

we who seek to serve humanity sometimes wait the longest for humanity to serve us. I myself have never waited because I never asked for or expected anything in return. I just fulfilled my purpose knowing that my reward is the satisfaction of living my life with a good heart and an open mind.

I discovered hope in my heart and in that very moment mine became a miraculous life story of healing and happiness where visions became truths and dreams became realities.

life for me is an endless conversation in which I share with the world the beauty of my healing journey and the bliss of a destiny shaped by the cleansing light of love.

for breakfast this morning I will feed my soul natural healing energy and I will nourish my spirit with inner and outer beauty while all the while singing a song of truth, magnificence and transformative power.

I met some moonies on the beach in the seventies, I knew a woman who would stop on the side of the road to pray for roadkill, I saw a spirit at lily dale New York, I met an elder who inspired within me love for the earth, I crossed paths with a raelian at a hotel in Hamilton, I was invited by an investigator to Area 51, I traveled to the church of scientology in both Toronto and New York, I was recruited by born again christians to run a hostile, I was asked by a satanic church to open an office in Canada, I used to visit a buddhist temple to pray and clear my head, I have done and been to seances, I had an alien encounter, I have studied everything from christianity to the church of the subgenius, I have experienced astral projection, I have played with pagans and danced with witches, I have counselled alien abductees, I have done healings - spellwork and removed curses... these are but a sampling of the roads I have walked. I am an explorer of spirit. I an a warrior of wisdom. I am a beacon of blessings and divine beauty on a path of discovery. I look forward to my next revelation.

ask not advice from a psychic. seek not wisdom from a medium. look not for guidance from a guru. instead talk to a child. there is wisdom in innocence. I have learned more about spirit in ten years as a stay at home dad then I ever did in decades of spirit work. my son wakes up every morning and says today is going to be a good day. my son goes to bed each night and says today was a good day. I will venture out on this summers morn and I will pick up sticks, throw stones, step in puddles, chase a butterfly, pet a puppy, dance for no reason, break into song, laugh at my own jokes and love who I am. today is going to be a good day.

I was living a life well spent when I realized that it shouldn't cost anything so I put my money away and began to live a life well loved.

I was having a problem in school and didn't like the mark I got and when I asked the teacher about it they cared not for my struggles. I said at nine years old - you are paid to be here, this is your job, if any one of us is doing poorly then you haven't done your job. you need to work harder. I was in school and they were teaching us that we were all gods children while showing us that those of different beliefs were wrong and not deserving of heaven. I told the priest when I was twelve that they were hypocritical and harmful. I was working in a place where the men and women had the same job but the men were classified as labor and the women clerical. one morning our foreman said we are going to post any mistakes made by clerical on the big message board and after three mistakes you will be docked pay. I raised my hand and said you can't do that its a human rights violation. he began to speak and I said shut your face, go into your office and call your boss. he went in and five minutes later he came out and said we have decided against posting the mistakes. we are always being told to say yes to life. the truth is that not only is it good to say no - sometimes its also necessary.

I was being who I am which inspired others to be who they are and together we created a community of love minded souls who spend their days being the divinely beautiful free spirits they were born to be.

it was while igniting my passions that I saw within the flames my greatest gifts and was moved to pursue a higher purpose.

I hope you are aware of your beauty. I hope you are aware of your goodness. I hope you are aware of the light within. I hope you are aware of the spirits around you. I hope you are aware of the miracles in your life. I hope you are aware for true awareness answers our questions and reveals our truths. I hope you are aware of the glory of your existence.

I was doing a radio show many years ago and when it was over a fan of the show sent me a burned copy of it. they did so because usually this show skewered psychics but they loved me. you see when they would ask things like what do you say to people who say psychic powers aren't real. I would respond okay. then I would explain that I do not want people to follow me. I do not care if people believe me. I am not looking to convert anyone. this is who I am and I am happy with who I am. so while others would argue and try to prove themselves I would just tell my truth in my own way no matter how people perceived it. my honesty and the fact that I wasn't trying to sell anybody anything endeared me to the hosts and the public. be who you are unapologetically. those who falter are those who fear criticism and condemnation. I know who I am and I embrace that with faith not fear.

I was living in Hamilton about twenty years ago when an old country German woman came to me for a reading. I told her how I did things and she was wary because she liked the way everybody else did things. I did the reading my way. the whole time she was focused on the standard way people do these things. I didn't budge. when it was over she once again expressed her concerns and bid adieu. a few weeks later I get a knock on my door. it is her. she came by to apologize and to thank me. it seemed that during those few weeks things I had said resonated with her. also thoughts and feelings that were positive unfolded and certain realities revealed themselves. she gave me a hug and I reciprocated. I am here to share with you messages from spirit and to offer counsel. if you want someone to tell you your dogs name when you were six or give you lottery numbers thats not me. I plant seeds and sometimes they need a bit to grow. you have to water them. the lady was a believer after that and sent others my way.

I have a deep appreciation for those whose higher purpose and positive path profoundly impact the world.

instead of reading the news today I wrote my own news. I wrote of spending time with friends, I wrote of the beauty and intelligence of my wife, I wrote of the inspiring innocence of my child and I wrote of the love within my heart. it was a good news day.

when we water the ethereal garden that is our life with love we grow spiritually.

while out in search of something good I happened upon another traveler who was also in search of something good. we spoke for quite awhile until we realized that we had found what we were looking for in each other. let your goodness be your gift to the world and share it freely.

radiant is the smile of those who engage the world in loving ways that elevate the heart and soul of humanity.

the day I stopped searching for better people and decided to be a better person myself was the day better people started showing up in my life.

I have seen things I wish I had never seen but instead of letting them bring me down I have used them as a catalyst for change.

I know you can do this because I have done it. I know you can find the courage within because I have found the courage within. I know that you will rise from the ashes because I have risen from the ashes. I know you are struggling and I know you will survive because I have struggled and I have survived. I believe in you. I am sending you love and light. I am saying all this because I know. I know!

I am at my best when goodness is my guide and spirit is my companion.

isolation drains the aliveness of the universe from us and leaves us lost and alone. venture out on this day with the intention of spiritually stimulating your true self by laughing, smiling and communicating with the world around you.

I was sleeping on a park bench with nowhere to go and nothing to live for when spirit spoke to me of the obstacles I had overcome and the miracles that had kept me alive. the realization that my survival was one of but many miracles inspired me to learn how to enjoy, appreciate and love life.

the book of my life reads like a dime store novel. I have at the lowest of times given my last dollar and the shirt off my back to someone. I have while falling down helped to lift others up. meditative practices, a mindful purpose and a metaphysical perspective are the gifts and blessings I share with the world.

my nine year old reminds me every day that there is good in the world. he shows me that hope and happiness can be our companions. he teaches me that love is a truth that inspires, uplifts and transforms. I was nine once. I think today I will be nine again. who wants to come out and play.

I was doing what is right for my soul when I heard my heart whisper to my spirit how far I had come and how proud they were of me.

my soul and my spirit invited my heart over for lunch where they served it beautiful blessed truths and limitless love which joyously satisfied its hunger.

I was investigating an old christian reform school for boys when I was overwhelmed by a sense of dread. there was a long narrow room adjacent to the kitchen and at the end of the room against the wall was a kneeling post. as soon as I approached the post I saw a vision of two boys kneeling there. they had no shoes or socks on and a man was beating the backs of their feet with a yardstick as they prayed. I had to leave the room as I was having difficulty breathing. as a psychic, empath, healer... sometimes we see and sense things that are disturbing. in this case I was able to see a truth that after the shock subsided inspired me to continue following a path of service to a place of light where I may help those who struggle.

every time I enter into celestial realms I am immersed in greater clarity and understanding which allows me to see just how special I am and how beautiful my life truly is.

the key to having a brighter future is quite simple - you must step out of the darkness and into the light.

I was talking with loves healing wisdom the other day and they reminded me of of how blessed I am to have a family that embraces who I am so fully and completely.

I have interpreted dreams which opened peoples eyes to sacred truths, I have done past life readings that answered questions and offered explanations, I have done psychic readings that revealed things not even thought of before, I have done tarot readings that have enhanced life decisions and I have given spirit readings that have helped people make empowered choices that shape for them a brighter future. this is who I am. this is what I do. bless you all.

we experience more joy when we touch others positively and our intent is the good of all.

conversations seem to be harder here days. people seem hell bent on arguing instead of discussing. common courtesy seems to have all but disappeared. there doesn't always have to be a bad guy. when did it become the norm to build yourself up by talking others down. the negativity in the media is overwhelming. the darkness on the internet is monumental. lets just for today say something nice about somebody. lets just for today say something nice about ourself. lets ignite our spirits and share our light.
