by embracing each day with a greater degree of happiness I am able to breathe fresh life into my environment thereby making my reality one of hope, happiness, health and harmony.
when we are in need of healing the most important thing we can do is let healing happen. a lot of times we through stress, fear, anxiety, anger... put up barriers to our own recovery. take the time each day to cleanse, purge, release, let go and purify. when we are in need of love the most important thing we can do is let love happen.
in moments of choice I try always to choose those things that enrich my spiritual life in purifying ways which help me to live and love fully and completely.
we all have the power to influence and inspire in positive ways that speak to the heart and soul of humanity.
